- Shift Type: Night, 4x10-hour shifts
- Shift Hours: 20:30 – 07:00
- Position / Specialty: RN – Operating Room
- Scheduled Shift: 4x10s, 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Block Scheduling: Not available
- Call Requirements:
- One 10-hour shift per month
- Scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday
- Call hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No weekday call
- Weekend Requirement:
- Every other weekend
- 2 weekends per month
- Requested Time Off (RTO):
- Maximum 5 days
- No more than 2 consecutive days
- No holiday RTO allowed
- No RTO the day before or after a holiday
- No weekend RTO
- Float Requirement:
- Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs
- Cook is a mandatory float facility
- All resources are required to float at facility discretion
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
- Required Years of Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care OR experience
- Required Experience:
- Level 1 Trauma experience
- Strong scrub and circulate skills
- Experience in:
- Orthopedics
- Ortho Trauma
- Vascular
- Urology
- General Surgery
- Preferred Experience:
- Neurosurgery (crani & spine)
- Open Heart / Thoracic
- Ophthalmology
- ENT
- Bariatric
- Gynecology
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- Local Candidates:
- Accepted
- Locals preferred
- Must live within 75 miles of the facility
- Pending License: Not accepted
- Hospital Highlights:
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue (provided)
- Charting System: Cerner
