This is more than an associate position. We are seeking a physician who is interested in building a long-term career in an established independent practice, with a clear pathway to partnership and future ownership.
For decades, Eye Care Associates has provided comprehensive medical and surgical eye care to Addison County and the surrounding region. Our practice enjoys an outstanding reputation for compassionate, high-quality care and maintains strong referral relationships with local optometrists and primary care providers. Cataract surgery is performed locally at UVM Porter Medical Center, allowing patients to receive advanced surgical care close to home.

Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist
Comprehensive ophthalmology with cataract surgery experience or fellowship training
Eligible for Vermont medical licensure
