Hiring Range: $221,000 and $268,000
Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
- Experience managing high-volume cataract cases
- MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts medical license
