The Opportunity
Join a thriving, physician-owned ophthalmology practice — not private equity — with a 20-year track record and an established patient base that means you'll be busy from day one.
We are seeking a cataract/anterior segment/glaucoma specialist or comprehensive ophthalmologist to replace a doctor who moved out of the area. This is a 4 doctor, 20 staff, single-location practice in a vibrant suburban community within easy reach of Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.
Compensation
- Total compensation of $300,000–$400,000 (salary plus incentive), with potential for significantly more

The Ideal Candidate
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology
- Fellowship training in glaucoma or anterior segment welcomed, but not required — comprehensive ophthalmologists are encouraged to apply
