Central Texas Eye Center is seeking a full-time comprehensive ophthalmologist or a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist to join our physician-owned, multi-location practice serving the fast-growing corridor between San Antonio and Austin. This is a partnership-track opportunity for a motivated physician who is passionate about patient-centered care and looking for a clear path to ownership and long-term professional success.
About the Practice
Central Texas Eye Center is a well-established multi-specialty ophthalmology practice based in San Marcos, with satellite offices in Wimberley and New Braunfels — ideally positioned in the Texas Hill Country between San Antonio and Austin. The physician joining us would practice primarily at our main San Marcos office, offering variety of pathology and a broad, loyal patient base across the region. Our patients benefit from a full continuum of eye care delivered by an experienced team of four physicians and one optometrist, supported by skilled technical staff and modern diagnostic and surgical technology.

Requirements
Qualifications
MD or DO with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
Texas medical license, or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure
Excellent clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
