Washington Eye Consultants is a NON-PE, 100% physician-owned practice, based in Rockville, MD, seeking a motivated Comprehensive Ophthalmologist - both experienced physicians and recent graduations following completion of residency and/or a cornea or glaucoma fellowship are welcome to apply to join our well-established, high-volume practice in the Washington, DC metro area.

This is a unique opportunity to step into immediate clinical and surgical volume. A substantial portion of the current patient base from existing providers who are beginning to slow down will transition to the new associate. The incoming physician will benefit from a robust, built-in referral network and strong demand from day one - no ramp-up period required.

Our practice operates out of a single, modern location - no travel between offices, allowing for efficiency, consistency, and excellent work-life balance.

This job is a highly compensated associate position with significant income potential, with a realistic and achievable earning trajectory approaching seven figures, given the available volume. While the role is primarily intended as an stable, extremely well-paid associate position, there may be future opportunity for partnership and equity for the right candidate. There is opportunity to buy-in at the nearby, highly lucrative laser surgery center, which offers multiple OR's and efficient surgical days.
