Comprehensive Ophthalmologist/Cataract Surgeon

 Center for Advanced Eye Care, a well-established physician owned practice in the Reno/Tahoe area, is seeking to add an outstanding ophthalmologist to our team as part of continued growth and long-term succession planning offering a defined pathway towards a future partner role.  

 Center for Advanced Eye Care has two office locations with over nineteen fully equipped exam rooms, each with dual computer workstations and fully integrated electronic medical records.  The practice is supported by highly trained COA-certified staff with an efficient clinical infrastructure designed to maximize physician productivity and surgical efficiency.

 Opportunity highlights include immediate patient and surgical volume, advanced refractive cataract and premium IOL program and state-of-the-art surgical and diagnostic technology.

The center is equipped with the latest ophthalmic technology along with comprehensive in-office diagnostics including advanced OCT imaging, visual field testing, the Alcon EX500 refractive laser system and the Valeda Light Delivery System.

 Our surgical platform includes a 10,000 square foot surgery center equipped with the latest ophthalmic technology, which offers LenSx refractive cataract surgery supporting a strong premium and refractive cataract program.  The new surgeon would step into an established surgical volume supported by a well-established referral network with a strong word of mouth reputation within the community

 Compensation:

Competitive starting salary based on experience with guaranteed base and production bonuses.

Malpractice insurance, medical and dental insurance, 401K with company match as well as paid time off.  CME reimbursement, paid membership dues, medical license, DEA, and pharmacy license costs included.  This opportunity offers a defined pathway toward partnership in a growing physician-owned practice that is not owned and operated by an outside corporation that dictate how you practice.
