Description
Eye Care Specialists is seeking a full-time Cornea Specialist or part-time Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join our growing, physician-owned, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice with offices in Norwood and Norfolk, Massachusetts—conveniently located just 35 minutes from both Boston and Providence.
This is an exceptional opportunity to build a thriving subspecialty practice with a clear path to partnership in both the practice and our ambulatory surgery center.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with productivity incentives

- $5,000 annual CME/business expense allowance
- Three weeks PTO plus one week CME during the first two years
- Four weeks PTO plus one week CME beginning in year three

Requirements
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship training in Cornea & External Disease or Pediatric Ophthalmology
Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- Commitment to providing outstanding, patient-centered care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in building a long-term career and contributing to the continued growth of our practice
