Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist in Illinois starting January of 2026! We are seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens assignment near Mount Carroll, Illinois. Coverage begins January 2, 2026, with additional dates: Feb 2???15, Feb 23???27, and March 16 onward. Expected duration: 60???90 days. Highlights: Focus on cardiac anesthesia (TEE experience preferred). Case mix: Pediatrics, General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry. Work across two sites (Rock Island & Moline) on a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation. Balanced role of CRNA supervision and direct case management. Schedule: Rock Island: 7 AM???3 PM (5 ORs), 3???5 PM (4 ORs), 5???7 PM (1 OR). Moline: 7 AM???3 PM (5 ORs), 3???5 PM (3 ORs). Rotating call between sites; backup call as needed. Requirements: Board-certified Anesthesiologist with active license. AHA ACLS required. Competency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks. EPIC EMR experience preferred.
